Kindergarten 2019-2020 Program

Open enrollment for our private full-day kindergarten program is during the month of April. This program is limited to 15 spots.

It is encouraged to secure your child’s spot during open enrollment by registering with us and signing a tuition agreement with the director.

This is the second year for our private kindergarten program. Mrs. Warren, who holds a B.A. in elementary education, has been an outstanding part of our team and we are excited to watch her and her student’s accomplishments in the second year of this program.

She will be holding 3 Q&A sessions during the second week of April. Mrs. Warren will cover curriculum, routine, assessments, and answer any questions.

• April 8: Kindergarten Q&A at 5 pm, held at Northside facility (210 E Carol St. Nampa) in the prekindergarten room.
• April 9: Kindergarten Q&A at 5 pm, held at Franklin facility (16281 N Franklin Blvd. Nampa) in the kindergarten room.
• April 12: Kindergarten Q&A at 5 pm, held at Caldwell facility (4511 E Ustick Rd. Caldwell) in the prekindergarten room.

*If you do not have an existing door code to the facility, please ring the doorbell and ask an employee where the Q&A is being held at that facility.

A little more about the program:

Kangaroo Clubhouse’s private kindergarten program is a full-day, 5 day/week program from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, with school from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. With a full-day program and limited class size of 15 students, your child will be well-prepared to enter elementary school.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Mrs. Warren graduated from Corban University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and taught prekindergarten in Washington for five years before moving to Idaho. While teaching prekindergarten, her classroom became NAEYC and QRIS certified. Kangaroo Clubhouse is currently working towards NAEYC certification. Mrs. Warren has been with us since we introduced our private kindergarten program in 2018.

There are 38 research-based objectives at the heart of the curriculum and they define the path teachers will take with the children in the classroom.
