Introduction

Hello Kangaroo Families and happy Spring!

With all the new growth at our centers, we have been lucky to add new teachers to our team. Please welcome them and say hello when you see a new face!

We are so happy to announce that Miss Whitney is now the Assistant Director at our Franklin center! Miss Whitney has been an outstanding part of our team since the opening of our very first center in January 2014.

We are also happy to announce that Miss Sam is now the Assistant Director at our Caldwell center! Miss Sam is also the lead infant teacher and has been a vital part of our team since the opening of our newest center.

Announcements

  1. Spring Weather and outside play: With Spring weather upon us, some days may be sunny and some may be wet/muddy. Please dress your children appropriately for outside play. We encourage children to explore the playground, so please don’t dress them in anything you wouldn’t want dirty.
  2. Supplies Needed: Please donate plastic eggs and small wrapped candies to your center director for our Annual Easter Egg Hunt. We are also in need of kleenex, sunscreen and any craft supplies including construction paper, crayons, markers, glue, etc. you may be able to donate. Please drop them off with your child’s teacher.
  3. New Tuition Rates Coming June 2017: This is just to inform you that rates will be slightly increased starting June 2017. We will post these new rates by April 17th on our website and all families will be sent an email with this information. No changes will be made to your account until June.
  4. Chickens at Caldwell Center: We are so happy that we have space for our feathered friends at the Caldwell center. You are welcome to bring them any food scraps from home as long as it doesn’t contain meat, citrus, or moldy food. Feel free to drop off food to Miss Donna or Miss Sam.
  5. No outside food: Due to increased allergies with new children attending our centers we are asking parents to no longer allow children to bring food from home. This also causes issues in the classroom with other children wanting what their friends have. We hope you can understand and help us be successful.
  6. We are hiring! If you know anyone looking for a job in child care, please let them know to send our owner an email. jkoppes@kangarooclubhouse.com
