Idaho's Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) |
Long term, our goal is to reach the final step 6 with Steps to Quality (Idaho's program) so we can reach national accreditation with NAEYC (The National Association for the Education of Young Children): a large U.S. nonprofit and professional membership organization that works to promote high-quality early learning for all young children by connecting early childhood practice, policy, and research. |

Menu
All meals and snacks are included in the cost of tuition. We offer home cooked family-style dining. Each center's full-time kitchen manager is able to focus on preparing healthy nutritious weekly meal plans. You can find our menu in the monthly newsletter and posted in the lobby at each facility.
We serve breakfast, lunch and snacks. Your child will be encouraged to try new things. Family style dining expands fine motor skills as children serve themselves, learn to hold flatware, and pour their own beverages. Children learn cooperation and social skills as they practice patience by sharing, passing platters, taking turns and using manners.
*We offer modified meals for children with food allergies. See our food allergies policy in our Family Handbook.

Playgrounds
Kangaroo Clubhouse uses child-friendly and eco-friendly products that we would use in our own homes & lawns. The fertilizer applied on center lawns are completely chemical-free products made in Idaho and purchased from a local Treasure Valley lawn & garden company. Little hands and feet should never come into contact with harsh chemicals.
